At all times our intention is to work together to resolve any issues or concerns in a way that maintains positive and productive relationships in the best interests of children.

As at any school, there may be times where issues arise between students. It is important to understand the difference between bullying, friendship conflicts and developmental understanding of how we resolve conflict.

It is important to encourage your child to speak with a staff member immediately following any concern they have.

We use restorative practices to support students to work towards repairing relationships and finding resolutions together.

As at any school, there may be times when issues or situations arise at FCS that could adversely affect your child’s learning and wellbeing. If that does happen, please don’t hesitate to talk to us.

As a first step, we encourage you to approach your child’s teacher.
