Felixstow Community School (FCS) is a small Department for Education public school that is currently under the guidance of a DECD Capacity Management Plan.
FCS is committed to the development of a community environment, where teachers, parents, students and extended community work together as partners in learning with a progressive education and creative arts focus.
We believe student learning can be greatly enhanced by the positive participation and support of its community members. Many of our school families are directly or indirectly involved in a variety of activities that support students and the school. The school has a new focus on building links with community groups and our local community (eg local nursing home and child care centres, public library and facilities). The aim is to improve, extend and consolidate these links to make Felixstow Community School a strong central focus of community life in our local area.
NB: Further information regarding enrolment processes can be found in our Enrolment Policy.
As we are a small school we have limited places and operate under a Capacity Management Plan.

Principal tours (Book here – link to School Interviews site??)
We run Principal School tours regularly. Please note that the tours are booked well in advance and only a certain number of parents can be accommodated on each tour on first come first serve basis. Also it should be noted that the tour does not guarantee that the child will be accepted in the school.
Please ring or email the school to book a place on an upcoming tour.
