Feedback & Complaints

We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong or expectations are not met.

If you have feedback or a complaint, the Department for Education wants to hear from you. This can help to improve our services.

If we work together – it is easier to find a solution.

Everyone involved in a complaint must be courteous and respectful to each other.

You can give feedback or make a complaint anonymously. However, if the Department are not able to pass on specific names, the response you receive may be general.
