Students at Felixstow participated in an OrphFund run which works to provide support through donations to children in orphanages. The students ran laps around the oval and organised sponsors. The primary class was visited by the Keep South Australia Beautiful team. Together, they discussed the life and movement of a piece of litter after it reaches the ocean. They then formed groups where jobs were allocated to scour the school site for litter. They recorded their findings and discussed the possibilities to reduce this type of litter. Felixstow had two teams representing our school in the 2019 Beach Volleyball Festival at Glenelg on the 15th November.
