The Premier’s Reading Challenge was introduced in 2004 to encourage children to read more books and improve literacy skills. On the 11th day of the 11th month, our students and staff commemorated the end of WWI back in 1918. Students discussed the history of the day throughout the morning and made poppies to place outside beneath our flags. As a school, we held a minutes silence at the 11th hour of the day.

Sports day was a hit on the 29th October, with the red team coming out victorious in the end. The students enjoyed an assortment of activities including team and individual sports of running, three-legged races, water balloon tossing, hurdles and so much more.
