Juniors Incursion with Keep South Australia Beautiful

In Inquiry, the Juniors are looking at our waste and how we can make a change to have a better impact on our world. On Wednesday the 23rd of October, as part of our inquiry learning, KESAB (Keep South Australia Beautiful) visited our classroom and helped us make Beeswax Wraps as an alternative to single use plastics that some of us currently use. It was a fun process. First we had to design our cloth with bright colours and pictures, then Ryan from KESAB painted the Beeswax onto the cloth, Tuula then applied heat using a iron to seal the Beeswax into place.
