Harmony day celebrations

What an amazing afternoon we had for Harmony Day! Students were involved in a number of activities in small group rotations including a Chinese Dragon Dance workshop, mindful rock painting, paper crafts, mandala creations and some cultural sports games.
We were so thrilled to have some of our ‘elder buddies’ join us from Aldersgate for the afternoon, students enjoyed catching up with their buddy and sharing their environment with them. Our Elder buddies were very excited to join us and had a lovely afternoon with us all.
We finished the day with an amazing shared afternoon tea where many different cultures were represented through food and what a turn out on such a lovely afternoon of sunshine!
Happy Harmony Day everyone… let’s make every day Harmony day!
